- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Crooked as they come. My brother was pulled over for speeding while we were returning from Thanksgiving in Texas. No big deal, he signed the ticket and payed it when he got home. A few months later he gets another bill. He calls them up and they have added an additional charge that wasn't on the original ticket.
